THEEB Return & Refund Policy

At THEEB, we take pride in delivering high-quality combat sports gear and apparel. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations issued by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).


1. Eligibility for Returns

In line with UAE consumer protection regulations:

  • Customers have the right to return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging, tags, and labels intact

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless found to be defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Boxing gloves, MMA gloves, Muay Thai gloves

  • Shin guards, head guards, groin guards

  • Rash guards, compression wear, underwear

  • Mouth guards

  • Any item that shows signs of use, odor, sweat, or damage caused by the customer

This is compliant with UAE regulations regarding personal and hygienic products.


3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect item sent

You must notify THEEB within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Order number

Upon verification, THEEB will offer one of the following, as per UAE law:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Full refund

  • Store credit (with customer consent)


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by THEEB


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Customers may request an exchange for:

    • Size issues (for apparel only)

    • Color variation

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a THEEB error


6. Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are non-refundable

  • Such items may only be exchanged if defective, in accordance with UAE consumer law


7. Custom & Personalized Products

  • Custom-made or personalized items (including custom colors, prints, names, or special editions) are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective


8. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Damage during transit

  • Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by THEEB


9. Refusal of Returns

THEEB reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The return request falls outside the allowed timeframe

  • Items show signs of use or damage

  • Items do not meet return eligibility criteria

This is consistent with UAE consumer regulations.


10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
