At THEEB, we take pride in delivering high-quality combat sports gear and apparel. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations issued by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).
In line with UAE consumer protection regulations:
Customers have the right to return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery
Items must be:
Unused
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With original packaging, tags, and labels intact
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless found to be defective or damaged upon delivery:
Boxing gloves, MMA gloves, Muay Thai gloves
Shin guards, head guards, groin guards
Rash guards, compression wear, underwear
Mouth guards
Any item that shows signs of use, odor, sweat, or damage caused by the customer
